All properties are adhering to the policies and recommendations issued by the State of Virginia, Washington, DC, and the CDC. As such, all guests must wear masks when in the common areas and when using the elevator. All properties require residents to make a reservation in order to use the fitness/gym areas in order to comply with social distancing protocols.
